In Yoga-Basics we introduce you to the practice of yoga based on different styles originating India. The connection between your body and your mind. We teach you to sun salutations and how to use your breath strategically to attain a calm or even an excited state of mind. Our goal here is to welcome you to the Performance Mantra community and help you design, start and improve your yoga practice.
