The workshop will cover four main topics to help you get the knowledge and practical training to live a mentally and physically healthy life. We cover topics all the way from conventional strength training to Eastern mindfulness interventions.  Giving you a wholesome experience. The course is covered by insurance and can be reimbursed (between 75 and 100 %)
